Jon Cypers has over 10 years of experience buying, selling, and managing real estate throughout NY and California. He began his career at Marcus and Millichap as an investment sales associate. At Marcus and Millichap he advised property owners on how to maximize the efficiency of their buildings and sell them for the highest price possible.
After working at Marcus and Millichap for three years he joined Cycamore Capital, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm in NYC. As Vice President at Cycamore, Jon focused on acquiring properties, leasing, management, and increasing revenue throughout the portfolio.
Jon then moved to San Diego and joined CT Homes as a real estate associate. During his tenure there he oversaw the purchase, renovation, and management of over 100 single-family houses, condos, townhomes, and 2 to 10-unit properties.
Throughout his career as a real estate professional, he has acquired, managed, and renovated over $200,000,000 worth of real estate.
